The 2-speed transmission parts are installed on a precision-manufactured super-smooth lightweight hollow middle layshaft made from tough HUDY shaft steel for 2-speed, which is additionally heat treated for extra strength and long life.

1st gear drive flange CNC-machined from tough Swiss 7075 T6 alu. Includes factory-pressed (non-replaceable) high-quality German one-way bearing, hand-ground for maximum running precision and strength.
